Obama Accepted His Nobel Peace Prize

The prestigious Nobel Peace Price award for this year has been awarded to U.S. President Barack Obama. He has been recognized by the Norwegian Nobel Committee for his remarkable hard works to reinforce international diplomacy and collaboration among people. The Committee likewise has given distinctive value to Barack Obama’s vision of and work for a world that is free of nuclear weapons. With this vision, the disarmament and arms control negotiations have been impressively enthused.


Obama accepted his Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, Norway as he spoke about the war and the restrictions of non-violence. Obama joined other laureates in the likes of Martin Luther King, Nelson Madela and Mother Theresa. There have been ferocious arguments when Mr. Obama was given the award because his critics believe it is inappropriate because of his involvement in conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Nevertheless, Obama accepted his Nobel Peace PriZe with humility.
